If you ever feel the books need a bit of a boosting, your GP will refer you for free and honestly, it&#39;s one of the best things I&#39;ve ever done. And she gave me loads of tailored techniques for me to use (written down) so if I ever feel a low point coming on I can open that folder and have a read, which is endlessly reassuring.<br /><br />You&#39;ll be reet in the end!
